These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of careerencore.com (the "Site"), operated by CareerEncore ("CareerEncore," "we," "us," or "our"), an executive search and recruiting firm based in Greenland, New Hampshire. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, such as learning about our services, submitting your resume, or booking a call. You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information
Upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code
Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or gain unauthorized access to it
Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
No Guarantee of Placement or Employment
Submitting a resume or contacting us does not create an employment relationship, an agency relationship, or any obligation on our part. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be contacted, presented to a client, interviewed, or hired. We also do not guarantee that any employer will fill a role through our services. Any search engagement with an employer client is governed by a separate written agreement.
Informational Content Only
Content on the Site, including descriptions of our services, hiring insights, and links to articles, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or employment advice. You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on it.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the CareerEncore name, are owned by CareerEncore or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish Site content without our prior written permission. Company logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party services and websites, such as Calendly for scheduling and LinkedIn for articles. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerEncore and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CareerEncore harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
