Renee's journey to the C-Suite began over 20 years ago where she started as a technical recruiter for Adecco Engineering & Technical, one of the world’s largest technical staffing firms. Three short years and hundreds of successful recruiting engagements after joining CareerEncore, Renee was tapped as the successor by the firm’s founder Courtney Sullivan Homer and quickly transitioned into the role as CEO and sole owner.
Since 2018, Renee has grown CareerEncore's client base and scope of capabilities, focusing on tech startups and SMBs. She works alongside her clients' executive teams as a trusted advisor, filling the most critical, rapid growth leadership roles within Sales and Customer Success. VCs, Private Equity firms, and SMB enterprises have all called on Renee to help identify the best talent to deliver ROI and expand into US markets. Renee is an expert in finding tech start-up sales and customer success executive leaders with the rapid growth experience and knowledge their clients need to be successful.
